Applicant Eligibility	Applicants must be citizens of Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or the Philippines, and must reside in one of those countries or Japan.
Screening Criteria	Appeal of entry (Does it make viewers want to try the ramen or visit the ramen shop?): 40% Originality (Is the work unique?): 30% Votes from the general public (Total number of "Yum!" user votes): 30%
Planned Date of Winner Announcement	Middle of March, 2015
