What Happened to Mangaholix???

I found a pic of a poster for the "supposedly" next Mangaholix Manga Mania 2010 convention..
This was posted waaaay back in May, so I have no idea whether this pulled through or not..
The only cosplay event that I was aware of that happened on October was Cosmania and Otaku Expo Reload...
