Memoryforyou.net is my favorite resource for all the dujinshis that I read.

Take note guys I read yaoi / boyxboy doujinshi so if you dont like that kind of stuff then dont bother. But if your a YFG (yaoifangirl) like me well that site is the place to go.
My favorite one would be "Kimi ga Koi ni Ochiru", astory of a guy that fell in love with the brother of his first love. Really nice drawings and good story too.
My second best favorite is "Kiss Ja Tomaranai" That is because the guys are just too cute and the story is nice.
